Okay, if you are anything like me, you could eat peanut butter (or almond butter) for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner every day. Penguin’s on Westwood and Olympic has it in there “Carbolite” frozen yogurt option which is a wimpy 20 calories per 4 ounces, fat and sugar free. I’m not one to be on the diet fads and it has me wondering “Ok so what IS in it then?” but I gotta hand it to them this time. I am a happy camper, especially since this has whey protein powder in it so perfect for post-workout. At least I feel like I’m giving my muscles somethin! ;)

1/2 Vegan chocolate hazelnut ice cream and 1/2 banana almond butter ice cream (homemade) topped with superfood chia seed flax seed cereal.
They say that the best thing you can do is eat more color. I think I succeeded with that in this meal. Tuna, broccoli, beats, corn, red & green peppers, and sunflower seeds. It took me 5 minutes because I went to the raw salad section at Gelson’s and VOILA!
